Children of Men is a great rewatch. I considered it a masterpiece before, but some parts hit even closer to home now.

OpenSCAD is a 3d modeling software that you program instead of manipulating pieces. If you’re trying to create a creature or something organic it’s going to be an utter nightmare. But if you want precise measurements and parameterized models it’s hard to beat.

I am liking the gimmick episodes, I just wish they were a bit spaced out. I’d like some normal philosophical dilemma or alien drama episodes in-between. If this season’s episodes had been portioned out between all the seasons it would be great, but having all of them in a row is a bit fatiguing.

This is a very American answer, but legally requiring cops to hold malpractice insurance would change a lot. Then a private company would be on the hook if something happens, and they would have training requirements that don’t currently exist.

Things must have changed with full EVs. I know a guy who tests and selectively replaces the modules in old Priuses. He only does a full replacement if someone specifically requests it.
