I use LLMs to generate code that is discretely harmful to the business until someone tells me to stop.
Serious answer is I do most of my learning in personal projects and let the AI goblins at work ruin everything while also adding more wank to the pile of SaaS wank that plagues the world. I havent found a way to make my job meaningful for decades other than not doing my job at my job and doing then thing i want to do during job hours
