3·3 days agoNot if they bring State charges, which funny enough might be more likely now that the FBI locked out local authorities.
They might have made an unpardonable conviction more likely — because they’re fucking idiotic fascists.

23·6 days ago“That very ICE officer nearly had his life ended … six months ago,” Vance said, referring to a car-dragging incident with the agent. “You think maybe he’s a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him?”
That’s not an excuse to murder someone.
It’s more a question of why someone that maybe has PTSD is serving on the job.
Venezuela also has some sizable resources (other than oil).
I guess we’re reentering our Colony era.
That is a spectacularly bad name, lol

PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•Valve amended the Steam survey for December 2025 - Linux actually hit another all-time high [updated from 3.19% to 3.58%]English
5·8 days agoThere were a few issues I spotted like languages and such not adding up, but now they do so it appears there’s a few corrections that were made to it this month.
With the update, we see a few more distributions being noted in the list compared with before:
I wonder if the miscount is due to distribution names, or some other issue

6·8 days agoIt’s actually a really good talk from someone qoth decades of UX experience. The focus was more on innovation in UX (with the example that Microsoft got AI in Windows very… very wrong).

19·8 days agoThere’s a great talk here where he talks about using local models where I could see them actually being useful.
Hopefully we get there and memory stops this ridiculous 5000% markup.
