To be honest I’d want to see a real reliability study as my experience with french cars is pretty good.
My wife’s Peugeot 208, while being ergonomically challenged, hasn’t missed a beat in around 10 years.

Great then. And is it right that you don’t get a notification but you’ll only see it in your GOG account?
Yeah it’s important to know that the first step in an issue free experience on Linux is just getting the right computer.
Still nothing beats a free computer and I’m really happy to have my wifés old MacBook Pro running Fedora for some tasks that my daily driver can’t do. Luckily the broadcom issues happens around once every 2 years for me and not with every update.
And my daily driver, a Microsoft Surface Go hooked to a big screen has other issues, like sometime being really slow when it’s usually quite fast for such low end hardware.
When I’ll inevitably have to replace these, I’ll try to find more suitable Linux friendly second hand devices…

Well around a week or two ago I had some weird behavior where I’m not sure if my passwords were saved or not.
But I can’t know for sure…

Mass Effect 2 for the second time years after playing it on Playstation 3

I haven’t changed anything on my Steam Deck, so no😅
Edit: I might also be mistaking the vulkan shader step with some other validation step

Gcompris is great and you can find in Gnome Software manager.

Since you seem to know way more than me about these things, could you tell me why I feel like I’ve never experienced these on a console (Playstation) and I experience it quite often on PC (Steam Deck)?
But did you ask creators if you could mirror their channels? Because if you didn’t, you’re just robbing them of some of their revenue.
I understand the need to have more content on Youtube, but I don’t think we should steal it.
I easily found almost enough Linux channels, but I can’t find basketball or videogames reviews channels.
I think we’ll get more content if one day you get the ability to show creators we’re supporting them through Patreon or something else.
I love Peertube, but I remember that finding an instance wasn’t so easy.
Still I wanted to try it, so I was ready to go through some difficulties, but most people would just give up.

Linux gaming is good enough that I would consider not getting the Playstation 6 if I didn’t have kids and didn’t want to watch basketball through the nba league pass.
I’m trying to get my kids to play with the Steam Deck, but it’s honestly still not as good as a Playstation for such a use.
Still it’s going the right way.

On iOS, the official Peertube app works okay.
It’s still being improved, but I’m surprised it became so good, so fast.
I don’t know about Android though.
It is really helpful for people interested in these phones. Thanks for taking the time and sharing it.

It would be a good deal if you kept the games forever, but since they’re linked to your subscription, it ain’t worth it to me😇

Wow what a collection of lovely cars!
I guess it was a worthwhile visit to a museum!

Family sharing is a great idea, but for now it only works with one of the two games I bought for my kids.
Street Fighter V and Sonic All Star Racing work flawlessly on my profile, but Sonic doesn’t work on my kid’s profiles, which is weird as it’s supposed to support family sharing.

Well for now all the kids games were bought on Steam so it’s easy to just use the Steam family.
I guess I’ll stick to Steam games for them and try to get verified ones so that there is almost nothing to set up.
On GOG I only have adult games or old kid games that my kids would probably find too old because it ain’t Fortnite anyway, but I wish it was easy to share things in a family through GOG.
And I know the games are DRM free so I can just copy them, but I wouldn’t want to have multiple installs on my Deck which already doesn’t have enough storage…

I don’t agree as that’s why you can switch profiles.
Also the Deck is cheap, but what’s the point of having 3 devices when only one person is really using it and the kids would just it once in a while.
We have one kitchen so we can have one Deck😅

From what I know it’s an experimental feature through Comet on Heroic, but I would just to have a confirmation that it works. Sadly I can’t find this😅
Okay thanks for the answer.
As stupid as it sounds, I’d stop buying GOG games if they didn’t have achievements as I’m kind of motivated by them.
