Does anyone have a good resources on vegan lifestyle or vegan survival , I feel like so much of our life and consumption is based on animal product, sooooooo much food has animal products, specially snacks, and I’m tired of oreos or it’s off brand equivalent.

    my go to snack atm is peanut butter and rice cakes, i eat so much peanut butter

    i wouldnt recommend a calorie counting app, but only because that stuff teaches people to develop disordered eating in my experience

    yeah i would add that i don’t recommend it long term (and not being very strict with it), but it helped me to balance out my diet better at the start. after a while it becomes more intuitive once you know the consistency everything better
