Does anyone have a good resources on vegan lifestyle or vegan survival , I feel like so much of our life and consumption is based on animal product, sooooooo much food has animal products, specially snacks, and I’m tired of oreos or it’s off brand equivalent.

i would recommend any calorie tracking app really. though its a bit finicky, it helps with managing proteins etc. for snacking, fruits and veggies are the go to. everyone has their own preference for snacks so i would say just try everything
